This week, email invitations were sent out to all the respondents to the survey, as well as anyone who signed up through the registration page.  The e-vite can be viewed here, and I have reiterated the information on the invitation here.  Additionally, the paypal links for those of you who have paypal accounts, are posted on right-hand side of this web site. Survey Results

A big thank you goes out to all that took the time to fill this out, and it was tremendously helpful in planning, and getting contact information for many people. That said, even though we’ve got email addresses for a little over 1/3 of the graduating class,  we would still really like to get more people invited to the reunion.  Please check the class list for anyone that you might have contact information for, and either direct them to the registration page, or email their contact information (email, phone number, address etc) to records@coronado98.com. There is a list of people who we do have information for in the comments of that list page.

Some quick fun and interesting facts about the results:

• 96 people participated in the survey, of which 94 wished to attend the reunion
• 82.3% would bring a significant other
• It was about 6o/40 against the idea of inviting other classes  (No decision on this yet)
• 29.2% of respondents said that they would contribute $100, or more than $100 for the reunion (The budget is still being firmed up, and we should have more information on this soon)
• 11 people voted for a reunion in Vegas! (Not bad, maybe next time!?)

It’s Official

10 years ago to the day… we graduated.  It doesn’t seem that long ago that we all donned our caps and gowns, did the whole walk, flip, or sommersault of shame, took a hand shake and an empty document holder, and continued on with our post adolescent lives.  Ok, enough reminiscing… here’s the deal:

Date: August 8-9

Friday night: 6-9pm Meet and Greet
Saturday Family Event: 11:00-3:00
Saturday Formal Event (Adults only) 5:00-10:00pm

Venues:

Antlers Hilton Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs
Phantom Canyon Brewery (Tentative)
Park (To be Decided)

First off thank you to all who took the time to fill out the quick questionairre.  There have been nearly 100 respondents, and it really helped to gauge the interest in this.  I will post the results shortly for those who are curious. 

Sorry for the delay on this, as it’s been an ongoing process trying to get this organized, and my own responsibilities, and general procrastination contributed to the lack of updates.  I realize that this is late getting to everyone, and I’m sure that some people will be disappointed, or already have prior engagements.  This is the best date we could establish, and it mirrors as best we could, the results of the questionairre.  More details will follow very shortly, but for any and all that need to arrange flights, please go ahead and do so for the August 8-9! Happy Graduation day (anniversary) 6-9-98.

Thank you to everyone who has already filled out the questionnaire. We’ve already got around 50 responses, but we would like to continue to get people’s contact info, as well as their input on the event. Please, take a look at the list, and if you know how to get ahold of any of these people, please forward on this site, or send their contact info to records@coronado98.com. This list was grabbed from the ccalum.com website, and it appears to be an official list of graduating class. We definitely don’t want to limit the reunion to graduates, and want to make sure anyone who attended Coronado but moved, or just didn’t get around to graduating has the chance to attend. It’s that time. Nearly 10 years ago, the Class of 1998 at Coronado High School commenced graduation. Now, it’s time to celebrate a reunion, in hopes of seeing old friends, and catching up with lost acquaintances.
